Turner Schools hold Geography Bee

he winners of the Turner Geography Bee were (Left - Right) Chantry Jorgenson, Caleb Zellmer and Paycee Leo. Congratulations to all three Students.

The Turner School held its local Geography Bee this past week in the school gymnasium. Grades 4-8 competed for nearly two hours to come to the top three winners.

Nearly 10,000 schools across the United States will compete in the 2019 National Geographic GeoBee for a chance to win college scholarships and the glory of being the National Geographic GeoBee Champion.

At the close of local Bee, Chantry Jorgenson was declared the top winner, with Caleb Zellmer placing second, and Paycee Leo as third. If for any reason Jorgenson is unable to attend the next round in Billings, Zellmer will take that spot.
