Hogeland Happenings

The Northern C Divisional Tournament was held this week at Great Falls for both the boys and girls teams of Class C. Turner placed fourth and played some really good games. Congratulations to the girls, we are proud of you! The Chinook boys placed first and will go on to State. Just about everyone on the Big Flat went to the tournament and helped support the teams. Those that didn’t or couldn’t watched the action on the NFHS streaming network.

Terry and Brenda Mohar attended the Tournament in Great Falls. They stayed and visited with friends, Richard and LeAnn Hopkins.

Visitors Saturday at Harlan and Jane Krass’ were Linda Hauge, Anita Reed, and Hilary Richman. They came to help Mom and Dad with various chores. They and Diana Maloney came during the week to help out.

The First and Second Grade room in Turner celebrated the 100th day of school on Monday. Hard to believe there has been that many days of school already.

There has been a flu bug going around again. Hopefully everyone will heal up and be well the rest of the winter.

Looks like we are in for more snow and cold temperatures this week. Do you suppose March will bring Spring and warmer temps?
