Thunderbird senior Daniel Castillo, was very aggressive on his way to the rim Friday night in Turner.
The Hays/Lodge Pole Thunderbirds earned a split in weekend action on the hardwood. Friday the Thunderbirds were in Turner where they opened up a double digit lead early and coasted to a 69-47 win over the Tornadoes. Saturday Hays/Lodge Pole made the trip west to Chester to take on the Hawks. The script was flipped and this time it was the Thunderbirds on the wrong side of a 76-56 contest.
In Turner the Thunderbirds were looking to add another check to the win column. Hays/Lodge Pole has been competitive in many games but getting the win has often eluded them. Against the Tornadoes they were...
