    Paddlefish anglers planning to harvest a fish in the Upper Missouri River (From Fort Peck Dam to Fort Benton) will need to apply for an Upper Missouri River Paddlefish Tag.     Considering the weather we have been experiencing all winter, the turnout for the blood drive on Tuesday, March 6th was just under goal. We had 47 donors present with 41 productive units. We had one first time donor, Cristen Friede. Richard Cronk reached 8 gallons and Dave Jensen reached 2 gallons. The canteen was hosted by the American Lutheran Church and those helping out in the kitchen were Wenda Oehmke, Terry Grabofsky, Midlred Dawson, Sharon LaPlante and Beth Petrie.
