    HELENA, MT- The Governor’s Office of Community Service, Montana Campus Compact, and Student Assistance Foundation are seeking applicants for the 2016 Youth Serve Montana Scholarships. The deadline to apply is on April 15, 2016. The Youth Serve Montana Scholarships reward students who have volunteered over 100 hours in the last year and who want to further their education in state.     The March meeting of the Big Flat 4H Club was called to order by President Reece Hutton on March 20th, 2016 at 5:00pm at the Turner Legion Hall.     Employees at the First Bank of Montana, in Chinook, created a display about domestic and sexual abuse. The exhibit has information about symptoms and signs that a person might be in an abusive situation. There are phone numbers for help and ways a victim might get to a 'safe haven.'
