Wesley Randall "Randy" Reed, passed away from colon cancer at his home surrounded by family Saturday, October 24, 2015. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 30, 2015 at 11 a.m. at the Chinook High School Auditorium in Chinook. Burial will be held at Kuper Memorial Cemetery in Chinook. A reception will be held at the Commercial Building at the Blaine County Fairgrounds. Arrangements have been made with Edwards Funeral Home of Chinook. Randy graduated from Chinook High School in 1980 and Montana State University in 1984 with a degree in Ag Business.
He married Sharon Wicks in 1984 and they had four children. He owned his own farm and worked it with his family. He was a Pioneer Seed dealer and was instrumental in getting the St. Mary's Water Project started.
Randy was preceded in death by his father, Robert Reed and his parent's in-law Bertram and Peggy Wicks.
He leaves behind his mother, Pearl Reed of Havre; his wife, Sharon; his daughters Mary Beth, Tracey Lynn, and Anne Jo and a son Ross William; his brother Ed and his wife Judith, all of Chinook; also his sister Connie Newton of Great Falls.
