Jade Cecrle, a 12 year old seventh grader at Chinook Junior High, is an active member of 4-H and a horse enthusiast. In the three years she's been taking projects in 4-H the projects have involved horses. Her first horse, Pepper, now has ringbone (a form of equine arthritis). Jade started using her dad's ranch horse, Rooster, but according to the young rider, "Rooster is a good all-around ranch horse but not much of a show horse."
