Kristi Norby started work as the new director of the Chinook Senior Center. She replaces Marilyne Berger who is retiring after more than 10 years at the helm of the center. Norby began her new duties on January, 14. Berger plans to work with and train the new director until the end of February.
Marilyne, and her husband Don, are longtime residents of Chinook. Before joining the center as director she owned and operated her own beauty shop for about 20 years.
