Michelle Lee (Demarrias) Speakthunder 45 passed away in an automobile accident south of Ft. Belknap MT.
Wake and rosary services were at 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at Red Whip Center in Fort Belknap, MT. Funeral Mass was at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at The Red Whip Center. Burial to follow at the Strike residence. Arrangements are by the Kirkwood Funeral Home of Malta. Condolences for the family may be left at http://www.kirkwoodfuneralhome.com.
Michelle was born in Sisseton, South Dakota on June 6, 1970 to Fred Jr. and Margaret (Wing) Strike. Michelle loved to be involved with her family. She loved to be with her daughters and grandbabies. She was a very unselfish person, always splitting her time between friends and family.
Michelle had a big heart. Traveling and being outdoors was her favorite. She enjoyed site seeing that lead her to travel all over. When you’d see her, she’d always have a big smile on her face. Her favorite color was orange and her home was full of it. Hats & caps were her items to wear along with jewelry. The Carolina Panthers were her favorite football team along with the color of the team turquoise.
Michelle is survived by her husband Ron Speakthunder; her daughters Jessica and Sarah Speakthunder, and Sheryce LongKnife. Her father and mother John R. and Margaret Strike. Her granddaughters, Neva and Jade Wright, and all her extended Crowe and DeMarrias family from Poplar, Mt.
She was preceded in death by her sisters Tina and Tiki Crowe, her father Dickie Crowe, niece Janika Doney, and Grandmother Louise Talksdifferent.
