Harlem Library Challenge Winner: The Harlem Public Library had 8 entries in the 2018 Reading Challenge, where the library challenged people to read 52+ books for the year. Dorothy Harris's name was drawn, and she read a total of 80 books in 2018.

You are invited to spend an evening with local author Jack G. Young as he showcases his two books "Down Range" and "The Wolf" on February 19, 6:30 P.M. at the library. The evening will begin with a soup supper followed by Young presenting readings from each book as well as a question and answer session. Young will also do book signings at the event.

Admission to the event is by ticket only which are on sale now at the library. Ticket prices, which are non-refundable, include the purchase on one or both books and the meal. Anyone who has previously purchased copies of the books is welcome to...
