Mary Ann (Crazy) Allen, a member of the Gros-Ventre tribe, passed away on March 3rd, 2019 of natural causes.

Mary Ann was born on November 9th, 1930 to Joseph and Mary (The Boy) Crazy. She married William “Babe” Allen in November 1953. Together they raised their nine children. They worked side by side farming and ranching. She lost her husband and best friend after forty two years of marriage on October 13, 1995.

Mary Ann was a devote Catholic all her life. Her Patron Saint was Mary, Mother of Jesus. She was a Life Long Resident of Hays.

She was preceded in death by her parents, all twelve siblings, her husband, her sons; Boots, Floyd, and Bill, and her daughter Linda. She is survived by her son Gordon (Chrissy) her daughters Wilma, Geraldine (Howard), Laura, Noreen (Richard Sr.), niece Sherri (Ed) Legge Nicholson, and numerous other nieces, nephews, 17 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, and One Great Great grandchild.

Mom will be forever missed but forever in our hearts.
