Blaine County Library

Monday 4-8 grade Activity 4:00-5:00. Tuesday Story Time 10:30-11:00, Hangout for grades 5 through 8 4:00-5:00. Wednesday Home School Hour 1:00-2:00, Board Games & Coloring for grades K-12 from 4:00-5:00, Teen Scene 6:00-7:00(9/27). Thursday LEGO Club 4:00-5:00. Friday Movie Day 2:00-3:30.

Harlem Library

Today, Sept. 27, the library board will meet at 4:30 P.M. in the library meeting room. If you have completed the Sept. Book Challenge please contact the library. The Book Challenge for Oct. is to read a cozy mystery. The program “Introduction to Beekeeping” will be Oct. 3, 2 – 5 P.M. in the library meeting room. This program is sponsored by the Blaine County MSU Extension and the Harlem Library. Please RSVP at 406-353-2712 by Sept. 28. The library is asking everyone to complete the community survey. You may find it on our Facebook page, our website or a hard copy in the library.

Bear Paw Cooperative

The Bear Paw Cooperative, through your local school district, assists in the provision of special education and related services to children with disabilities. Through a process called Child Find, your local school district accepts referrals, provides evaluations and special education for children ages 3-21 years if they qualify. Please contact your local school district or the Bear Paw Cooperative at 406-357-2269.

Harlem Food Bank

The Harlem Food Bank is beginning their Annual Drive for Funds. The Town Pump has offered to match up to $2500.00 if we can raise that much. We have always been successful in the past and hope to be again this year. The ending date is October 31, 2023. Thank you to everyone who chooses to participate.

Chinook Senior Center

The Chinook Senior Center Board will host a birthday party for all Senior people whose birthdays are in September. The party will be the last Friday of the month. September 29th at 12 noon. Call Ben Hall at 406-357-3277 or Senior Center 406-357-2648 by Wednesday September 27th for a place at the table.
