On August 15, the Montana property tax rebate portal opened for all Montana taxpayers. Taxpayers who paid at least $400 in property taxes on their primary residence in 2024, are eligible to receive the full rebate of $400. Taxpayers who paid less than $400 in property taxes in 2024 will receive a rebate equal to the amount of taxes paid.
