Tristan Billmayer Scholarship Winner Announced

The family of Tristan Billmayer is pleased to announce the winner of the 2025 Mental Health Field Scholarship in the amount of $500.

Vanessa Bell grew up in Fort Belknap, MT and completed high school at Harlem High School in 2014. In 2020 Vanessa earned an Association of Arts in Rehabilitation and Related Services from MSU Billings, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Human Services in 2021. In 2023 she received her license in addiction counseling under the guidance of a Master Addiction Counselor.
