    The Summer Reading programs are finished this year. Prizes were drawn for, hours were counted and we have winners! Our top reader this year was Gracie Skoyen with 38 hours turned in.     According to Ed Obie, Chinook's Airport Manager, the construction equipment seen working in front of the airport's hangars should be gone in a couple of weeks.
