    The Chinook Assembly of God installed their new pastor, Joshua Seymour, last Sunday. Seymour was raised in Helena and has spent the past six years as the Associate Pastor in charge of youth and children's ministries at the Havre Assembly of God Church.     Police Chief Elmer Zarn is warning locals to keep their vehicles locked overnight. He said a few incidents have been reported of someone entering unlocked vehicles, especially in the early morning hours.
