The Chinook Sugarbeeter volleyball team turned in another outstanding performance as they won the 34th Annual Chinook Invitational volleyball tournament on their home court. The team defeated the Glasgow Scottie's in straight sets 25-21, 25-24 to take the title. Kelly Mills returns for his second season at the helm of the Harlem Wildcat football team. A season ago Mills fielded a very young team and began the season with just 16 kids on the roster. "We were young, I started a number of freshman and sophomores who had never played football before. The Harlem Wildcat cross Country team has been very successful the past few seasons qualifying boys and girls teams for the state meet. The Chinook Golf Course and Country Club is set to hold its annual Fireball Tournament this Saturday. The Fireball has become one of those tournaments golfers from all over the hi-line look forward to. What began as a fundraiser for the course to raise money to pay off the clubhouse has become a feature event of the course filling the field each year. This past Sunday new Men’s and Women’s champions were crowned as the Chinook Golf and Country Club held its annual club tournament.
