    The library is open to the public under Phase I guidelines for Montana’s reopening. Please do not come to the library is you are sick.     The Harlem Public Library is offering a Parenting Class series based on the Circle of Security® program. The five-week series will be held on Thursdays beginning February 6 from 6:00-7:30 P.M. in the library meeting room.
