    The Chinook Lions and Harlem Water Dragon Swim Teams were in Lewistown this past weekend at the Montana Federation of Swimmers Eastern Divisional. Chinook finished with 421 points in qualifying 18 swimmers (10 girls/8 Boys) for the State Meet this weekend in Columbia Falls. Harlem scored 256 points and will send 16 swimmers (9 Girls/7 Boys) to the state meet.     The regular season of the Montana Federation of Swimmers summer schedule concluded this past weekend with the Chinook Lions Swim Team competing in Sidney and the bulk of the Harlem Swim Team in Choteau. Both teams now turn their attention to the Eastern Divisional Swim Meet in Lewistown this coming weekend.     July is a very busy month for many student athletes in Blaine County. The Big Sky State Games are being played over the course of three weeks in Billings and include everything from Table Tennis to Pickle Ball and Basketball.     The Chinook Sugarbeeter Volleyball team came together to form a single team with the availability to compete at the Big Sky State Games in Billings this past weekend. Because of the age disparity they had to compete in the 11-12 grade division that included 10 other teams, including Class AA and Class A.     The Chinook Golf and Country Club held its annual Community Dinner and Auction on Saturday, June 26 at the Blaine County Fairgrounds.     The 32 Annual Class B All-Star Football game was played at Lockwood Stadium in Billings this past weekend.     The Hays/Lodge Pole Thunderbirds girls basketball team had an outstanding showing in Stanford this past Sunday going 4-0 in the tournament and claiming a 39-21 win over the Centerville Miners in the Championship.     The Chinook Lions swim team went both directions this past weekend with some swimmers competing in Glendive and others in Chester. The kids performed very well in both locations.
