    Our beloved Dusty Lee Manuel was born to Katherine Ann Doney and Thomas Lee Manuel on August 4, 1985. Dusty passed away on September 5, 2021 at his mothers home. After family, a huge part of Dusty's life was horses. There wasn't a horse Dusty would not ride, or one he could not tame. Dusty liked to show off his prowess by crawling between a horses front and rear legs, and under the horse's belly. He knew he had the best of a horse when he could stand on their backs.
