The spring sports season is in full swing, and teams have had the time to find a rhythm and begin fine tuning events for the post season in just a few weeks. Getting on the course to play competitively has been the toughest part of the season so far for local golf teams. When they have been able to compete, the Sugarbeeters have performed very well. The High School Track & Field teams got their first taste of competition this past weekend at the Glasgow Invitational. While the conditions may not have been the best the opportunity to compete in March is something teams haven’t been able to do the past few years.
