    The Chinook Lions and Harlem Swim Teams are reaching the halfway point of the Montana Federation of Swimmers Summer Swim Season, and both teams look to be in good shape heading into the second half of the season.     The Harlem Lady Cats were at Dixie State University in Utah this past week. The long trek south was definitely worth it as the girls got to experience many new things together, build team spirit, and play some basketball. The experience and memories are worth much more than the cost per camper that included 9 games, motel room, meals, a 2-minute tournament plus individual skills as well as a single elimination tournament.     Chinook Sugarbeeter Football Head Coach Mike Jones, along with Assistant Coaches Roy Kelly and Scott Schmitt took 24 kids down to Bozeman to take part in the Montana State University Bobcat Eight-man Football Camp. Camp instruction was provided to the coaches and players by the MSU Coaching Staff and the Bobcat players instructed and officiated individual drills.     The 32 Annual Class B All-Star Football game was played at Lockwood Stadium in Billings this past weekend. Thanks in part to a huge interception late in the first half at the two yard line by Harlem's Andrew Rasmussen the North was able to secure a 28-21 victory.     The Hays/Lodge Pole Thunderbirds girls basketball team had an outstanding showing in Stanford this past Sunday going 4-0 in the tournament and claiming a 39-21 win over the Centerville Miners in the Championship. Head Coach Corey Morgan along with assistant Coach Gemma Mount took nine girls to compete in Stanford.     The Chinook Lions swim team went both directions this past weekend with some swimmers competing in Glendive and others in Chester. The kids performed very well in both locations. In Glendive Tyler Stephens won the boys Eight and Under High Point while Britton Elliot captured the girls 15-19 High Point.
